CCSP will be replaced by CCNP Security over the next one year as Cisco’s professional level security certification.
CCSP will remain valid and relevant Cisco Security certification for a full 3 year active period until 2014.
CCSP exams will remain available until April 2011. Individuals that have recently taken exams of CCSP to achieve CCSP certification will have until April 2011 to complete their certification using the new SECURE, IPSv7, FIREWALL, or VPN exams.
